We’ve decided on a house. I just gotta talk to someone about financing and then I’m going to make a conditional offer.

The offer will be conditional because we haven’t sold the house in Arkansas yet. Our real estate agent is coming out tomorrow to check it out so hopefully we can get it sold ASAP.

I’m exhausted now, so more later.
