How to make booze out of common household items.

Tuesday, July 26th, 2005

This article teaches the bare-minimum basics of making your own “wine”. I have doubts about how tasty it is, but it seems very similar to a lot of the home-brew beer howto articles I’ve read. For someone with a little desire to experiment and willingness to try something new, this could be cool.

Monday, July 18th, 2005

Here’s a video message from Steven Speilberg talking about Transformers… how he loves the franchise, buys the toys and is looking forward to making Transformers movies! Yes, plural! Movies!

Skype & Video Chat

Saturday, July 16th, 2005

I picked up an iSight camera/mic for my Mac today, so if you people want to get ahold of me, there are several options available. First off, get the Internet telephony program called Skype. It is available for all sorts of platforms, so whatever OS you run it should work. My Skype username is tgourley, so search for me on there and we can do some cool voice chats. My AOL Instant Messenger name is webratta42. If I’m online and you want to video chat, hey why not?

Now, the iPod is cool and all (I have two of them, the mini and a photo) but this is just plain crazy. For a device that costs about $300, these two kids decided it was worth the risk to throw away their lives and kill an innocent kid.

It boggles the mind.
